CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior Technical Artist to join our studio to work on Project Orion, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. In this role you will contribute to the research and development of our in-house tools and help establish and develop processes and procedures within Unreal Engine 5 to enable content development teams to meet our creative and technical goals. Daily Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with art directors, engineers, content designers, and artists to achieve the project's creative and technical goals.Develop tools and processes that enhance Unreal Engine 5 focusing on scalability, efficiency, and ease of use.Researching and integrating new features in Unreal Engine 5.Ensure high-quality asset integration while maintaining performance and memory efficiency.Identify and address bottlenecks in the art workflows ensuring a smooth development process.Write high-quality code that is optimized, bug-free, and aligned with project goals.Documentation, training, and guidance for development teams.Mentoring and guiding technical artists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
