DescriptionCAMEL’s (Conversational Assistant ModEling and Learning) is to create a best-in-class Conversational AI that is intuitive, intelligent, and responsive.Key job responsibilitiesIn this role, you will manage large, complex technical initiatives supporting multiple org goals and spanning multiple SVP organizations. You are adept at building consensus across teams and orgs, driving program execution, and exemplifying best practices in program management and managing risk. You will build consensus across teams, weigh tradeoffs, and help the organization move forward with decisions that addresses current customers’ business needs and works toward long-term vision.Key job responsibilities

Define and deliver critical program across multiple teams

Establish mechanism across internal and partner teams for the program

Influence technical decisions

Assess and mitigate risks, handle escalations, and provide concise and transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels

Dive deep to understand complex problems and break them down into small pieces with straight forward solutions

Mentor individuals in the community on advanced technical issues, and help them grow their careers

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

3+ years of software development experience

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
