CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a talented and experienced Senior VFX Artist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for creating high-quality real-time visual FX for characters, environments and gameplay. You will also help refine the VFX pipeline, optimize visual effects for performance and maintain high-quality standards.Daily ResponsibilitiesCreate high quality real-time visual effects- explosions, fire, smoke, clouds, weapons FX, debris and weather elements.Collaborate with multiple disciplines to support gameplay, cinematics, environments, with VFX requirements.Research new and innovative workflows, push what is possible in VFX.Ensure VFX content is performant and within budgets.Populating environments with VFX.Write and prepare briefs for work with outsource vendors, review work as necessary.Work with directors and Production to estimate and plan work.Mentor other VFX artists, and help build an environment of creativity, trust, and excellence.
