This role is responsible for leading the training and management of our simulated participant program, which is a critical component of our immersive healthcare simulation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in evidence-based practices for simulated patient training and program management.The Simulated Participants Manager will be responsible to:
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for simulated participants based on the latest evidence-based practices and industry standards.
Oversee the recruitment, scheduling, and performance management of a diverse team of simulated participants.
Collaborate with simulation educators, clinicians, and other stakeholders to design and execute realistic simulation scenarios that meet learning objectives.
Ensure simulated participants are well-prepared to portray their roles authentically and provide meaningful feedback to learners.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the simulated patient program, making data-driven improvements as needed.
Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in healthcare simulation and simulated patient methodology.
Contribute to the development of simulation-based research and publications
To qualify you must have:
Bachelor's Degree is required
Master's degree is preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing a simulated patient program or similar simulation-based initiative
