The ideal candidate will bemonitoringthe service request queue,identifyingaging requests, and coordinating with local facility management staff to meet service-level agreements.What You’ll Do  Monitor service request ticket queue,identifyaging requests, and coordinate with local facility management staff to meet service-level agreements.Communicate and lead security vendors (integrators) and contractors to drive compliance with contractual requirements.Perform internal audits of security equipment spare inventory.Collaborate with local teams to ensure compliance withminimuminventory requirements.Working with physical security and IT systems and other tasks that may develop as the security program evolves.Evaluate new security technologies and resolve whether they become part of the solution set. This includes working with the delivery team to verify applicability, usefulness, and performance.What You’ll NeedHigh School Diploma and five years of related work experience in security or IT systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate to every level of the organization.Proven organizational, time management and decision-making skills arerequired.Experience with Microsoft Office,PowerBi, and SharePointrequired. The minimum salary for this Security Analyst position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
