Become a trusted business advisor for sales teams, and within customer accounts, through business and technical thought leadership, particularly for solutions that combine Analytics, Generative AI, and/or Machine Learning technology.

Interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as with developers and technical architects, to ease adoption, develop pipeline, and secure lighthouse customers.

Develop and deploy programs that leverage AWS Field teams, as well as technology and consulting partner channels.

Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including customer case studies, reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plans.

Work with Sales, Marketing, Partners and other specialists to develop and align marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand.

A day in the lifeThe Generative AI go-to-market (GTM) team is central to the changes generative AI will have on our customers, industries, and the world. We make AWS the best place for our customers and partners to build and deploy their GenAI workloads. As a Sr. GTM Specialist, GenAI, your job is to create high-quality GTM collateral, including internal strategydocuments, sales guides, and customer-facing content. You will work alongside GenAI solution architects to orchestrate and plan relevant technical guides, demos, hands-on labs, workshops, POC accelerators and AWS Solutions. Youcombine deep product expertise with agility, being the first to leverage your content with high-value customers, and then scale and distribute that content among sales teams helping customers with their Analytics and GenAI workloads. You are comfortable discussing complex technical details with a room full of engineers as you are briefing an executive audience. You can learn new concepts and tools quickly and work at all levels of the Storage, Database, Analytics and GenAI stacks.About the teamWhy AWS? 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

5+ years of professional or military experience

Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

5+ years of technology domain experience in one of, or a combination of, the following fields: Analytics, LLM, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and/or GenAI.

Experience driving partnerships and developing joint go-to-market strategies with Analytics providers and/or AI/ML model providers.

Hands-on understanding of analytics solutions, data storage services, deep learning, and other ML algorithms with experience running pilots and POCs to demonstrate capabilities to prospects.

Ownership oriented; ability to internalize goals and create and execute appropriate action plans.

Strong presentation, verbal communication, written skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to crossfunctional audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Advanced degree highly preferred, especially an MBA or MS in CS or Engineering.

Strong technical competency in the areas of cloud computing, web services, analytics solutions and enterprise software.

Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.

Strong analytical orientation; comfortable using databases/analytical tools and making data-based decisions.

Strong data-based storytelling skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with business/technology executives and developers.

Recognized industry expertise in primary discipline(s) with proven public speaking record.

Cloud expertise as demonstrated by one or more cloud certifications.
