This Administrate Associate will:

Provide routine office support, such as answer, screen and route calls, open and sort mail, and other related tasks.

Welcome, assist and direct staff, visitors, vendors.

Accept deliveries and notify recipients.

Monitor and restock inventory of standard office and kitchen supplies.

Handle onsite requests for office services, supplies and access.

Provide positive and effective customer service that supports departmental and hospital operations.

Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of high school diploma or GED required

One year of experience in an office or customer service setting or fundraising experience preferred

Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone manner

Reliable and punctual

Organized with a strong attention to detail

Basic proficiency in standard office productivity software such as Microsoft Word, email and databases.

This role also requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to ten pounds, and regular stooping, bending, reaching and grasping items at, above and below shoulder level.
