Window Nation, the 5th largest home remodeler in the country, is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee our Outside Sales team in our Boston, MA market. Our Sales Manager leads, guides, and supports the local sales team, driving overall sales performance of the company.Primary Job Functions

Develops annual sales plan including individual and team goals

Leads weekly sales meetings

Recruits and hires representatives to execute plan

Ensures an equitable distribution of sales leads to ensure conversion rates

Reviews contracts and approves for production

Trains our company's 10 Step Selling System

Monitors customer satisfaction and guides team to ensure superior customer experience

Education/Experience

Bachelor?s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience

5+ years' experience in an industry that sell directly to the individual consumer (No B2B)

3+ years' experience successfully leading sales teams in a similar environment

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment

Strong sales process experience with retail customers from initial contact > sale > collection > post-sale customer service

Strong influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to build consensus at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to act as a catalyst, inspiring people to embrace and execute company directives

Exceptional customer relationship skills
