We are looking for an Unemployment Claims Analyst to partner with our clients in managing the unemployment claims process and guide communication between the employer and the state agencies. You will report to the Senior Regional Manager of Client Delivery and work remotely.What you'll do:You will coordinate with clients to gather all relevant information necessary to respond to unemployment claims and wage auditsYou will file appeals to determinations with state agencies to request hearings be scheduledYou will prepare and submit comprehensive responses to the state request for information that provides the best chance of a successful outcomeYou will field, assess, and respond to requests for additional information from state agenciesYou will develop partnerships with client contacts and use those relationships to coach on what additional steps or processes to have more successful outcomesYou will analyze unfavorable determinations and advise clients on likelihood of success on appealYou will prioritize tasks and make sure to complete any pending items in a timely manner
