Vice President - Client Service Manager

Position Overview:J.P. Morgan Middle Office Services provides services including instruction capture & processing, derivatives & OTC processing, asset servicing, security lending, reconciliations and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) analysis to Global Investment Managers Front and Middle Offices. The Global Strategic IBOR and Reporting team is responsible for ensuring clients receive a premier service by validating all trade exceptions / trade capture / asset servicing / derivatives processing and reconciliations are completed to the highest standard. Ultimately the team is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the IBOR & Reporting delivered to end clients.As a Vice President, within the WHEM-based Global Strategic IBOR & Reporting team, you will be pivotal in supporting our global model, building out and implementing our IBOR & Reporting Data Services, and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for managing global client onboarding working alongside Global Client Operations, developing proprietary strategic tools, and ensuring the successful implementation of funded initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in managing vendor relationships, aligning data services with market and client requirements, and supporting both organic and new business growth.Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the WHEM-based Global Strategic IBOR & Reporting team, ensuring alignment with global operational models

Drive efficiency and scalability within the business-as-usual (BAU) operations team

Oversee the build-out and implementation of IBOR & Reporting Data Services

Ensure upgrades and enhancements are aligned with market trends and client requirements

Manage global client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction

Participate in client RFPs to support business development and client acquisition

Develop and implement proprietary strategic tools to enhance operational capabilities

Lead investment planning and the implementation of funded initiatives to drive business growth

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Demonstrated leadership and ability over process and control, both over established and required enhancements in the Middle Office

Excellent client facing skills and communication style and proven ability to deal with key clients

Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations along with extensive understanding of OTC instruments / Exchange Traded Derivatives / Fixed Income Securities / Equity products

Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload

Ability to work with and have a thorough understanding of responsibilities of other products (Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Asset Servicing, Trade Processing)

Highly skilled at working cross functionally with technology, service, product and other operations teams to manage the entire IBOR service delivery

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Extensive experience in IBOR, reporting operations, and strategic data services

Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams

Strong understanding of global financial markets and client onboarding processes

Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects
