WHAT YOU BRING TO CONVERSE

Bachelor’s Degree in a design related field and 1-3 years directly relevant work experience in apparel graphic design.

Validated ability to apply and perform graphic design skills including drawing/sketching, typography, concept ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development and layout.

Knowledge of apparel product and product creation process

Have a strong understanding of screen-printing, embroidery, appliqué, trims, fabrications and silhouettes.

A passion of fashion and streetwear is a plus.

Must be computer literate using Macintosh computer design applications.

Ability to oversee multiple work priorities, asks, and changes.

We need talented designers to create original graphics that reflect our Converse design ethos.As our Women’s Apparel Graphic Designer I you’ll utilize graphic design skills to create original, graphic designs that appropriately reflect Converse’s female consumer. You will be responsible for building and maintaining healthy cross-functional relationships in design, development and product merchandising and build matrix relationships outside of the immediate team. You will share process and product finishing expertise and influence others to evolve creative skills. You will ensure feasibility of designs, meeting price points, merchandising needs and product creation timelines.
