Seeking a motivated Applications Architect with experience in Workday HCM integration / implementation and demonstrated background in Microservices Architecture, Cloud Computing, and Java web technologies.
Qualified candidates will have:
Minimum of seven years of experience in hands-on systems design and development, with at least four years as an architect in a large scale, complex technical environment.
Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM integration
Experience with full software development life cycle and strong command of Java and/or python
Experience with distributed computing and cloud technologies like AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.
Experience with API Design and Modeling
Exceptional communication, negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills with ability to facilitate technology strategy, requirements, and architecture conversations with all stakeholders
Minimum of Bachelor s degree in a technical science or related discipline
Desired skills and experience:
Familiarity with Domain-driven design and understanding of Scrum and Agile principles
Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Integrations, Workday HCM data migration
