We are seeking a Detailed and Dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing Guests with a memorable dining experience in one of our 3 restaurants. Having food, wine and detailed beverage knowledge is a plus for this opportunity. This is an exceptional chance for a local detailed and experienced manager to embrace and build their career with us. Responsibilities:
Must have a positive career track
Supervise and coordinate all Beverage activities
Oversee and take ownership of guest services and resolve issues
Ensure that our FOH team is trained in all steps of service
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety, HACCP and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Manager in a full service establishment
Must understand Steps of Service for dining
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
