Savenor's is a Butcher Shop & Grocery store specializing in high-end meats, cheeses, bread & produce since 1939.
We stand behind our products as the highest in quality and the best in flavor. We offer local beef, pork and lamb and specialize in Prime Beef, Organic Poultry, Heritage Pork and Domestic Lamb. We believe that butchery is more than just slicing meat, but learning about how the animals are raised, slaughtered and broken down.

We're looking for someone passionate about food and willing to learn about everything we offer here at Savenor's. The ideal candidate has butchery and manager experience. Location is Charles St, Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications and restaurant standards
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of meat supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a meat cutter or butcher in a grocery store, restaurant or similar food service establishment is preferred, but not necessary
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper techniques for cutting and trimming
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for handling raw meat
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and ability to use meat processing equipment
