I am opening an authentic Italian snack bar (Roman style pizza, paninis, arancini) inside a brewery in Central Square Cambridge, as part of a soft opening I will be doing pop-ups on 11/8 and 11/14-11/16, with a hard opening on 12/2. The main job will be taking orders, receiving payment, ensuring the right person gets the right food, and bringing plates back to the kitchen area. While the food is simple, we use only the best imported ingredients from the flour to the charcuterie to the cheese everything we use is top end and we take pride in it, this is not your local town pizza place. The hours are 4:30 pm-10:30 pm plus or minus 15 minutes on the back end, once fully open the days will be Tuesday-Sunday, this could be one persons job or it could be split between two people. If you have experience working front of house in a food setting that is a plus, but I will train someone with the right mindset. In terms of pay this is a tipped job with a $16/hr base rate, for the pop-ups I will be paying in cash and guarantee $20 an hour as a minimum, if you are interested please email me on the link provided.
