Busy neighborhood pub looking for an experienced head cook/kitchen manager who is willing to work hard and join our team. Candidate must be experienced in running a team of at least five cooks. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of a full service kitchen including but not limited to creating specials, ordering, scheduling, and inventory control.
