Kitchen Manager will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff management, inventory control, food safety compliance, and quality assurance.
Lead and supervise kitchen staff
Maintain and update recipe documentation, including seasonal specials
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation
Monitor and manage inventory levels
Oversee cleaning and maintenance of all restaurant equipment
Actively cover shifts as needed to ensure smooth operations
Actively participate in food preparation during peak periods
Prepare staff schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels
5+ years experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
Current ServSafe certification
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with inventory management and cost control
Valid driver's license
Food Handlers certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
