REGARDS was recognized as one of the 50 best new restaurants in the U.S. by Bon Appetit magazine, and we are growing our team; seeking line cooks/prep cooks, FT or PT. REGARDS is a restaurant in downtown Portland, ME inspired by the food and drink of Los Angeles and Mexico City. We are seeking both prep and line cooks, as well as a sous chef. The line cooks must be available to work evenings, work clean in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to learn new skills. We hire those with a positive mental attitude and a strong work ethic who are professional and kind. Weekend availability is required.
