Elder-Well® Adult Day Program is seeking a full-time Program Manager / Activities Director to lead our daily enrichment program, support our care team, and make a meaningful difference every day.
At Elder-Well®, we provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for older adults and individuals living with memory impairment. Our mission is to nurture connection, independence, and well-being through social engagement, wellness programs, and personalized care.
What You’ll Do
Plan and oversee daily activities that inspire participation, creativity, and social connection.
Lead and support program staff and volunteers in delivering a warm, person-centered experience.
Coordinate schedules, maintain participant records, and ensure compliance with Elder-Well® and state standards.
Communicate with families, caregivers, and community partners to enhance each participant’s quality of life.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture where both guests and staff thrive.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in adult day services, senior care, or recreation therapy (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Creativity, compassion, and a passion for serving older adults.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Gerontology, Recreation Therapy, or related field preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
