Make a Difference with One-on-One Home Care
ABC Home Healthcare is currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), PC/Homemakers and Nursing Students to provide compassionate, one-on-one care for elderly clients in their homes. We have immediate openings for evening hours (4p-8p) in Reading and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, and more
Follow individualized care plans and direction from Clinical Managers or HHA Supervisors
Provide light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and shopping assistance
Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversation and activities
Accompany clients on errands or appointments when needed
Monitor and report changes in client condition, skin integrity, or weight

✅ Requirements
Current HHA or CNA certification in good standing (Massachusetts) OR current enrollment in a nursing program
Minimum age: 19 years old
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, kneel, push/pull, and lift up to 25lbs
