Medicare certified home healthcare agency looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our teams in multiple locations. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

Choose your preferred locations from below:

1) Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Brighton, Allston, Brookline, Chestnut Hill

or

2) Framingham, Natick, Hopkinton, Holliston, Ashland

3)Boston, Dorchester, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, Mattapan, Roxbury, Hyde Park.

This is a per diem position with flexible hours and visit work schedules.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques when necessary

- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management

- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

- HHA Certified with minimum 72 hours training

- Valid state driver’s license

- Must have a reliable car with insurance coverage.

- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Physical stamina to lift and assist clients as needed
