General Description / Responsibilities
Senior level carpenter with experience in all aspects of remodeling work.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
All aspects of carpentry including, but not limited to framing, trim, siding and cabinetry
Review job folders and work with Production Manager to ensure that appropriate work is being performed
Scheduling daily job activities in conjunction with Production manager as related to specific tasks on the job site
Communicate daily with Production Manager and clients as required
Prepare take-off lists for materials in a timely manner so that materials can be delivered to the site
Skills and attributes
Advanced carpentry skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds
Ability to read and understand construction documents and plans as appropriate for remodeling activities
Good interpersonal skills as required to communicate with clients, co-workers and trade partners
Compensation
Hourly wage based on years experience

Experience / Requirements
Eight to ten years of carpentry experience is required
Vehicle, drivers license and good driving record
Must pass CORI and Drug test
