We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. We are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our client's employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. THIS IS AN EVENING/NIGHTTIME POSITION WITH START TIME BETWEEN 6:30-7:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors, as well as dusting and polishing of surfaces and fixtures.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Clean and organize kitchens, including appliances, counters, and floors.
- Clean and maintain offices and other common areas.
- Collect trash and dispose of in on-sight dumpster.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Communicate inventory needs with ownership to ensure adequate stock levels of supplies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying objects and operating backpack vacuum.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all we come in contact with.
Requirements:
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation, NO EXCEPTIONS
- All qualified applicants will be subject to background check.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week (Approx 3 hours per day)
Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturdays. 6:30-7:00PM Start time.
