Job Requirements:
Preparing the site: Cleaning and preparing the construction site
Building temporary structures: Constructing and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, barricades, and signs
Digging: Digging trenches and excavations for building foundations
Loading and unloading: Moving building materials and equipment
Operating machinery: Using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
Pouring concrete: Pouring, forming, leveling, and setting concrete
Assisting others: Moving forms for carpenters and electricians, and removing hazardous materials and debris
Following instructions: Following written and verbal instructions from supervisors and project managers
Reporting issues: Notifying the construction manager of any problems
Adhering to safety: Following all safety rules and regulations
Job Qualifications:
Demolition experience
Previous commercial construction experience
Ability to work 40 hours a week
Be able to work over time if needed
Strong references that will support your work history
Reliable transportation
