Newburyport Development is looking to add to our Marina Crew a capable individual to assist with seasonal or year round responsibilities at our four marinas. We have 192 slips along the Merrimac River. Routine tasks include dock install in the Spring, electrical and water hook up, Summer maintenance, dock removal in the Fall, and off season projects as well as snow removal. We pride ourselves in keeping all properties in top condition and want someone with an eye for detail in understanding preventive maintenance as it applies to our portfolio of real estate and marina properties. You may at times be asked to complete special or seasonal projects working with the maintenance team. A basic knowledge of electrical and carpentry is helpful.
