Part time handy man/property repair and maintenance personnel wanted. I own a small real estate company and need help maintaining the properties. It would be great to find someone that can do most type of property repairs, carpentry work, painting and whatever else that might come up. I have plenty of work, so it could easily be 20-30 hrs per week, flexible schedule and fair pay. My main helper is moving out of state, and I need someone local that I can count on to help get things done. Thank you.
