About the Family
We are a family of 3 moving to Milton. Both parents work hybrid schedules, and we have a 14-month-old child and two cats. We currently have a full-time nanny who will continue to support childcare.
We are looking for a House Manager who can help us settle into our new home, implement ongoing organizational systems, and take the mental load of daily tasks off our plates. The primary focus of this role is household management, errands, systems, and administrative support, with occasional backup childcare on weekends or date nights.
Our home is warm, busy, and family-centered. An ideal candidate is someone who can take initiative, anticipate needs, and manage tasks independently so we can enjoy more quality time together.
Who We’re Looking For
You are:

-Comfortable working independently and handling both home and administrative tasks
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

-Comfortable coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers
-Happy to take on errands, scheduling, ordering, and household logistics
-Comfortable with a hybrid structure (in-person and remote tasks)
-Able to follow dietary needs and household preferences
If you enjoy creating structure, running a home efficiently, and removing the mental load for a busy family, this role will be rewarding.
