Maintenance Technicians, Hyde Park/Mattapan. We are seeking Maintenance Techs for our Property Management portfolio in the Hyde Park area. Applicants must have at least 2-4 years of general experience/skills including one or more of the following: carpentry, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, snow removal, and general building maintenance. Must be physically able to perform all tasks in the job description without restrictions. Our candidate should reside within 30 minutes of Hyde Park/Mattapan. Rotating “on-call" one week each month and a valid Driver’s License and vehicle are required.
