We are looking for a professional Maintenance Technician who takes pride in his work, has a positive attitude, respects people and their property, delivers outstanding customer service, and enjoys being part of a friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Ability to work cooperatively with the Director of maintenance team.
On call one week on and one week off.
Perform various maintenance functions, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping duties.
Perform emergency on -call service for afterhours maintenance related issues as required, snow removal.
A valid driver’s license, clean record (driving) criminal background check.
2-5 years’ experience.
