We’re seeking a skilled Painter to join our Boston team and help keep our properties looking their best!
Key Responsibilities:
Paint Turnovers
Coordinate with leasing managers on turnover schedules.
Organize and manage paint supplies.
Conduct final walk-throughs with leasing managers.
Residential & Common Area Painting
Work with the Construction Project Manager to schedule and complete painting for renovations.
Address punch list items during monthly walk-throughs.
Maintain color schemes and inventory for all properties.
Property Coverage During PTO
Assist with curb appeal and service requests within a one-hour response time.
Supervise service vendors, ensuring high standards.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 5-7+ years of professional painting experience, with expertise in prep work and quality standards. Able to work in both occupied residential and commercial settings, prioritizing tenant comfort.

Required Skills:
Computer proficiency.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Solid knowledge of general maintenance.
Desired Qualifications:
MASS lead-safe renovation license.
OSHA 10 certification.
