LAW SCHOOL STUDENT – Summer Position
Small, busy Waltham litigation practice in downtown Waltham has an immediate opening for a law school student (preferably someone going into their second or third year but first years are welcome to apply) to work in our office full-time for the summer and from 8-25 hours a week during the school year. We’re looking for a friendly self-starter with common sense who is not shy about pitching in to get the job done - research, briefs, court filings, answering phones, but wants to learn how to actually practice law.
Ours is a general practice that includes civil litigation, family law, real estate, estate planning, probate and a variety of real life issues. Our law clerks always leave with a sense of the true reality about the law that is never taught in law school.
It is likely that we will have a full time summer position for a successful candidate this summer. No phone calls please.
