Signs By Tomorrow, is seeking a graphic designer/ production assistant for its location in Easton, MA.
We are local business with a reputation for designing, creating and installing quality, custom made signs and digital graphic products. If you are looking for a small company experience this is the place!
As part of our team, you will be expected to help with all aspects of the process.
You must be willing to work hard and have fun, there is no hiding here. Everyone knows what needs to be done and everyone is willing to step up and do what it takes to complete the task at hand.
Ideal candidate has design experience (preferably in the sign field but not required), is proficent in Adobe Illustrator, photoshop has computer graphics training, can work independently as well as with others, and posseses excellent customer service and communication skills.
A Typical Day:
You will communicating with clients through email, over the phone or in person, working with their artwork or creating new artwork for them to help them grow their business.
You will also be involved in sign production, responsible for preparing substrates/media and producing digital graphic signage. This includes running a variety of production equipment (will be trained to operate), such as HP wide-format, latex printer, vinyl cutting plotter and laminator. You will be part of a team responsible for creating and producing high quality signage (for a variety of applications such as interior and exterior signage, vehicle lettering or wraps, wall, window or flooring messaging, etc) in a timely manner.
Job Requirements and Skills:
A strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, ability to work in a service environment, team player, excellent people skills, is perceptive and aware of what’s going on around you, at all times.
Graphic Design program experience ( Illustrator, Photoshop, we also use a sign industry program called Flexi)
Proffesionalism ,strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and follow a proven system are must.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
Job Type: Full Time Monday – Friday 8:30- 5:00
Pay: starting at $20 + per hour, commensurate with experience.
