Account Rep/Bookkeeper
We are seeking a full-time Accountant/Bookkeeper for our company. This position entails accounts payable, receivables, deposit and account reconciliations, and other related accounting work. Individuals should have 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience, be well organized, multi-task oriented, and is able to follow and apply corporate policy and have excellent computer skills.
Job Description:
-Perform deposit reconciliations
-Account reconciliation
-Complete monthly close responsibilities
-Day to day review and processing of receivables
-Data entry
Requirements:
-2-4 years related bookkeeping experience
-Data entry accuracy
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Advanced knowledge of Excel
-Ability to work independently and within a team
-Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
