Our client, a property management company located in Brockton, MA, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team for 1+ months. The hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, and it is compensating $20 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries, providing strong customer service.Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.Sort, categorize, and label files according to established procedures.Update and archive files as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies.Assist in scanning and digitizing physical documents for electronic storage.Support other administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, mail, and correspondence as required.Collaborate with team members to streamline filing processes and improve efficiency.Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data protection policies.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related fields is a plus.Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in filing and document management.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of filing software.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
