Our client, a prestigious university located in Cambridge, MA, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join the Residential Life team on a temporary basis. This is a full-time, onsite role, compensating $28 per hour. This role involves managing and coordinating various programs, projects, or events, ensuring their smooth operation by creating and implementing necessary administrative systems. The candidate will be responsible for providing information to customers, participants, and academic collaborators, as well as preparing and maintaining essential records, reports, and budgets. They may also manage a website or program materials, requiring proficiency in common office software and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have administrative management experience, excellent multitasking and communication skills, and a comfort with new software tools, particularly in a college environment.
