Our client, a non-profit located in Boston, is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join their team for 2+ months. This role will total 3 days, 20 hours per week, and it is compensating $23-$24 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!Responsibilities:Manage coordination and scheduling of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Manage all logistical aspects of leadership cohort programming sessions, including scheduling, ordering food, and all communication with attendees.Systematize and project manage communication to key audiences on important items needing to be shared on a consistent basis.Coordinate meeting materials with multiple stakeholders and presenters, including soliciting materials, organizing, and consolidating information, and reviewing for accuracy and consistency.Maintain and update multiple databases (Maven and Airtable) to reflect and support volunteer pipeline needs.Attend meetings/program sessions with responsibility for attendance, A/V support, speaker coordination and other needs as they arise.Interact with senior leadership, board members, volunteers and cross-functional internal staff in a prompt, courteous, and accurate manner.Support volunteer recognition efforts through awards processes and events; specifically, oversee managing nominations, internal staff selection meetings, and partnering with marketing team on communications.Assist in implementing programming focused on cohort building and leadership learning initiatives.Support departmental efforts to identify rising leaders ready for leadership engagementQualifications:1-3 years of related office and/or non-profit or program experienceHigher education degree or administrative/business training preferredStrong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detailAbility to handle multiple priorities at one time, meeting deadlines while working across stakeholdersExcellent oral and written communication skillsHigh proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, and CRM databases, and ability to learn new systems and technologyAbility to take initiative, problem solve, and proactively move projects forwardAbility to author and accurately proofread documents and correspondenceAbility to maintain confidentialityDesire to work in a fast-paced, creative, entrepreneurial environmentBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
