Associate Director

Our client, a university located in the Greater Boston area, is seeking an Associate Director for outreach and events to join their team for 3+ months. The hours for this role are 9am to 5pm and it is compensating up to $32 an hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.Responsibilities:Design, lead, and implement outreach programs that align with the university's missions.Oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives with a focus on creating measurable impact.Plan and execute a variety of special events to engage collaborators and promote growth on campus and globally.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external organizations, corporate partners, and strategic collaborators.Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and events, implementing enhancements to improve outcomes.Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in entrepreneurship education and ecosystem building.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of administrative, operations, and/or project/program management experienceExcellent communication skills, including excellent customer serviceAbility to take initiative in managing significant events, including identifying problems and implementing solutionsStrong computer and technical skills required, including MS Suite, Adobe Suite, and ability to learn new programs quicklyAbility to handle confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgmentMust be a team player and able to work well with othersBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
