Our client, a financial services provider located in Waltham, MA, is seeking 2 Temporary Weekend Customer Service Representatives to join their team until December. The hours for this role are part time on weekends, Saturday and Sunday 8:30am-5pm. The role is compensating $22 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.Essential Functions: Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls and respond to emails from client administrators and employeesReceive, manage, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely mannerPerform research on reported questions and concerns, including researching transactions, troubleshooting technical errors, and other analysis and research as requestedDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering efficient assistance and supportLog and document all call informationMulti-task between various programs to assist in addressing customer inquiriesRespond to inbound emails and chat serviceRequired Skills/Abilities:A minimum of 2 years of comparable experience, preferably in a call center environmentHigh School diploma.
