Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inquiries, assisting with impounded vehicles, processing payments, and providing exceptional service every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
Help customers retrieve their vehicles from impound facilities
Coordinate with insurance companies regarding impounded vehicles
Receive and process customer payments accurately
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow company policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional, courteous, and team-oriented attitude
Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
Customer service experience preferred (towing, automotive, or transportation industry a plus)
