We are a professional office in Brookline - looking for a customer service rep and office assistant for immediate start.
Tasks
Answer client emails and phone calls - to answer questions about our products and services, change orders, help with basic technical questions (after training), track shipping, etc.
Process shipping of a few small packages each day - create labels; and pack and pick packages.
Perform basic office tasks, and carry out special projects as needed.
Should be proficient with MS Word and Excel.
Position is currently part-time. Opportunity for longer-term/full-time work for the right person.
Current hours can be flexible; but should include afternoon hours.
Ideal candidate will be an experienced office professional or at a minimum have some customer service & office experience; be a quick and careful worker; and have a positive "can do" attitude.
At least some college preferred.
Office is between Coolidge Corner and Comm Ave - off Harvard St. Easy access to T and buses.
