Executive Assistant

Our client, a biotechnology company located south of Boston, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The hours for this role are 8:30am-5:30pm and it is compensating $40 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.Job Responsibilities:Manages calendars, emails and schedules appointments, screens incoming calls and correspondence.Responsible for confidential administrative support and interface with the Board of Directors.Handle administrative projects as assigned to ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks.Coordinates Meetings, off site conferences and conference calls; arranging venue, food and beverage, travel, A/V requirements, issuing invitations, agendas and meeting materials to participants. Follow up on meetings when necessary.Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel related meetings domestic and international travel, checks all travel itineraries for accuracy.Prepares travel expense reimbursement reports, types memo's, purchase requisitions, check requests and other department forms and documents.Organize and attend meetings as requested. Coordinate follow-up actions. Record minutes as needed. Prepares power point Presentations.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree is preferred5 years minimum senior administrative assistant experiencePreferred some contract/legal/finance administration experiencePossess advanced MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointPossess strong written and verbal communications skills and organizational skillsAbility to gather and consolidate data from various sourcesFlexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and the ability to handle confidential informationEffective time and project management skills, able to work under stress of multiple tight deadlines, requests and interruptions with accuracyBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
