Field Marketing Manager

Our client, a software company located in Boston, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join their team for about 4 months. See below for further details.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively and cross-functionally, aligning closely with other field marketing managers, demand managers, event managers, solutions marketing, and sales team membersContribute to documentation of processes and best practices for marketing and sales teams to reference Build deep understanding of focus industries, target accounts, and prospect pain in target solution areasResearch industry events with key target accounts and prospects on focus industries to help with event planning cyclesCollaborate with internal SMEs to identify key industry events and recommend sponsorship levelsCreate top-performing sales plays, using email, LinkedIn and calling touch points that direct prospects to interesting data, high-value webinars or events at various stages of the sales cycleExecute registration and attendee marketing plans surrounding our corporate and campaigns event strategy and company-hosted webinars including goal setting for each activationDeliver key success metrics such as opportunity generation, increasing account engagement, and driving sales cycle velocity for company hosted events, webinars, and industry eventsBuild or adapt content assets best fit for sales prospecting, leveraging existing brand and campaign contentProvide ongoing reporting, program insights and pacing toward goals to stakeholdersWork closely with brand team, marketing operations, SDR organization, and Sales leaders to integrate sales plays to continue proving value for event investmentsQualifications3 - 5 years of field marketing, campaigns, or account-based marketing experienceHighly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving planAble to clearly communicate new ideas and associated impact to both internal and external stakeholdersTeam player able to work both collaboratively and autonomouslyStrong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsStrong copywriting skills for sales prospectingExperience managing and prioritizing multiple projectsProficiency working with external 3rdparty vendors including event organizers, industry associations, and othersDemonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketingCRM experience (Salesforce ideal)Project management platform and sales prospecting tool experienceProactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinkingBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
