Electrician’s office, located in Lowell, MA, has an immediate opening for an administrative person to work onsite in a smoke-free office. The hours are Monday – Friday, 8-2. The qualified candidate will have experience in using multiple web-based products such as Field Service Management software (dispatching), GPS software, Square and Microsoft Office. You will be answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments, preparing deposit for the bank, printing checks as needed, typing proposals, checking multiple email accounts, applying for permits and overseeing the office workflow. You will be working closely with our Accountant. We have an excellent location, close to Rtes. 3 and 495, in the Lowell area. This position is onsite, not remote.
