A family owned company in Middleton is seeking a motivated individual to assist the office. This individual must be able to pay attention to detail in a fast paced environment with a knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Duties and Responsibilites:
Set up UPS/Fedex Shipments
Create labels for our order processing
Entering and receiving orders
Filing
Answering phones
Scheduling customer orders for pick up
Data entry
Providing back-up duties for entire office
Work directly with the President of the company on specific matters/projects
Qualifications:
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Pay close attention to detail
Be able to take direction
Have a knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Motivated to learn outside the scope of your duties
