We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office.
This is an in office position
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Maintain office filing and storage systems.
Perform data entry tasks.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Hours: M-F 8:00-4:30
