Joe’s Auto & Towing is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Dispatcher. This is a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent communication with staff and customers.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones and emails in a professional manner
Scheduling, dispatching, tracking drivers and service calls
Support drivers with routing and problem-solving
Maintaining accurate records, logs, and reports
Providing general office support, file organization, filing, light cleaning and holiday/season office decorating
Assisting with customer service and problem resolution
Supporting management with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and scheduling software (training provided if needed)
Previous office administrative or dispatch experience required
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
