Entrepreneur with multiple active ventures is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can also handle light bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will help manage day-to-day operations, stay on top of deadlines, and keep projects moving smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, appointments, and daily priorities
Track tasks, project milestones, and follow-ups
Handle bookkeeping (QuickBooks, invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations)
Maintain organized digital and paper files
Coordinate with accountants, clients, and vendors
Support administrative, scheduling, and research tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or bookkeeper
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and QuickBooks (or similar software)
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and self-motivated
Available 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule; some in-person meetings in Boston’s Financial District)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Boston’s Financial District.
