Part-time, Remote Office Manager

We are committed to excellence and are looking for a tech savvy, highly-organized individual to be the “glue” that keeps our back-office running smoothly.

This is a part-time, remote/virtual position averaging 20-25 hours per week. Ideal for a stay-at-home parent as the hours are flexible.

Skill Set:

Must be familiar with Quickbooks and general bookkeeping

Must be Internet and technology savvy: Web research, ChatGPT, email, MS Office, basic graphics/editing know-how, social media management, etc.

Excellent communication and organizational skills in all mediums (print, email, IM)

Job Functions:

Creating and sending client invoices, estimates and statements

Entering in customer payments into Quickbooks

Generating Quickbooks reports

Communicating with existing and prospective clients and vendors

Scheduling appointments on a shared Google Calendar

Organizing and sending out marketing email campaigns

Ordering supplies

Maintaining and updating social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram and e-commerce storefronts including but not limited to Craigs List, Facebook Marketplace, EBay, Mercari and more.
