Property Management Office Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Property Management Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a great position for someone looking for a career in Property Management. The main duties of this position include providing support to our property managers and accounting staff by fielding calls from vendors and clients, processing invoices and payments to vendors, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities. The Property Management Office Coordinator responsibilities also include handling both electronic and paper mass mailings, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems for each client property. Our ideal candidate should be very punctual and dependable, have excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and be able to organize and work independently, strong proficiency in Excel and experience with standard office equipment. If you have previous experience or familiarity within our industry, we’d very much like to meet you.
