We are seeking an experienced organized person to join our team. This Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, and managing administrative tasks. Must have knowledge of Quick Books. Also be familiar with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and management of payroll through payroll company. Ability to work with construction company environment. Must have organizational skills, excellent communication skills on phone with customers. Manage and oversee scheduling of Technicians on computer. We are looking for a individual who wants to help expand our Company, and who can bring ideas to owner for the operation of the day to day office administration.
